Farr an Phil fish for fags (the cigarette kind)

Tom Humphries has a story on how Reagan Farr is being fully supported by Phil Bredesen in his cross border tobacco surveillance and auto confiscation plan. I guess he has to find a way to make up for his $10,000,000.00 shortfall in revenue projections they had in the first month alone. I am sure they think this plan will make up for their shortcomings. Bill Hobbs made a good comment that cut through it all. He said Higher taxes (and thus more government) = less freedom. Milton Friedman couldn't have said it any better himself.
